Ethics and Guidelines
- All information concerning the client shall be held in strict confidence.
- No fees shall be charged to a potential client in the preliminary stage while discussions are being conducted to determine the nature of the assignment. Only after obtaining a thorough understanding of the client's problem, shall the firm take on the assignment.
|
- An estimate shall be submitted to clients for each assignment and, only upon acceptance by a client shall an assignment be implemented. (For an assignment of fairly long duration, it is advisable for the client to contract a retainer's fee arrangement which will result in substantial savings and continuity in consultation.)
